We hope that you will be very happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you are very welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. We will be very happy to exchange your items or give you a full refund, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags/labels intact.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear. Please note that swimwear must be tried on over underclothing. Also, please bear in mind that swimwear without the protective strip cannot be accepted.
UK RETURNS ARE FREE provided you use the prepaid label supplied with your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we receive the returned items and we highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Faulty or damaged items:
We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount in the UK. However, if you have paid for shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to refund these costs, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and provide a photo of the fault/damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible or issue a refund.
If you paid for sending the faulty or damaged items back to us, we will refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
If the faulty or damaged item being returned to us was originally part of a larger order (i.e. more than 2 items in the original order) in which you paid for shipping the original order, and if you are keeping the rest of the items in the order, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
If the faulty or damaged item being returned to us was the only item in the original order and you paid for shipping the original order, we will refund the shipping cost of the original order.

Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order.
We may be able to cancel your order if the order has NOT been dispatched. Please contact us by telephone and advise us that you wish to cancel your order. Please note that once an order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to cancel an order.
We are unable to combine orders, change the size, change the quantity, add items, edit your billing and shipping details to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be cancelled, your order will be processed as normal and a confirmation email will be sent once it has been dispatched.
Incorrect or missing items
Rosie & Cooey will always to try and ensure that the items that you receive are exactly the items that you have ordered. However, sometimes errors can be made when fulfilling your order
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original, unused condition, and with labels/tags intact and we will forward you the correct item as soon as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
