Size guide

The size guide should be used as a guide as each child is unique. Also, there are slight sizing differences between brands and between countries. 

Generally we recommend that you measure your child's height and use this as a guideline along with the size guide below rather than just using your child's age to gauge the most suitable size.

Please rest assured should you purchase the wrong size you can return for free for all UK orders.

Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery Cost:

  • Orders over £30 qualify for free standard (2-5 business days) UK delivery
  • Royal Mail 24 - £6.95 (1-2 working days)
  • Royal Mail 48 - £3.95 (2-5 business days)
  • Free shipping offer between 6th - 20th December 2018 valid for Royal Mail 48 only. 

Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Orders received after 1pm will be sent the next working day.

International:

Europe -  £10.50

Rest of the world -  £20.00

Deliveries outside the EU occasionally require additional duty fees, which you will need to pay for when you receive your items.

Import tax and other costs:

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to custom fees/duties/import tax and it will depend on your delivery country. All charges and costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for all other taxes, surcharges, or currency exchange costs.

Returns

We hope that you will be very happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you are very welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. We will be very happy to exchange your items or give you a full refund, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags/labels intact.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear. Please note that swimwear must be tried on over underclothing. Also, please bear in mind that swimwear without the protective strip cannot be accepted.

UK returns:

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased online between 24th November 2018 and 24th December 2018, can be returned until the 31st January 2019.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition.

UK RETURNS ARE FREE

In order to return your items to us please visit Royal Mail Tracked Returns to make and print your returns label.

International returns:

For international returns, the customer will pay for the cost of returning the items to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we receive the returned items and we highly recommend that you use an international signed for service and proof of postage.

Faulty or damaged items:

We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount in the UK. However, if you have paid for shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to refund these costs, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@rosieandcooey.co.uk and provide a photo of the fault/damage. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible or issue a refund.

If you paid for sending the faulty or damaged items back to us, we will refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

If the faulty or damaged item being returned to us was originally part of a larger order (i.e. more than 2 items in the original order) in which you paid for shipping the original order, and if you are keeping the rest of the items in the order, we cannot refund the shipping costs.

If the faulty or damaged item being returned to us was the only item in the original order and you paid for shipping the original order, we will refund the shipping cost of the original order.

Product Images and Descriptions

We have taken every care to describe the products and provide photos as accurately as possible. However, there might be cases where slight variations may occur.

Cancelling your order

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order.

We may be able to cancel your order if the order has NOT been dispatched. Please contact us by telephone and advise us that you wish to cancel your order. Please note that once an order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to cancel an order.

We are unable to combine orders, change the size, change the quantity, add items, edit your billing and shipping details to an existing order once it has been placed. If your order cannot be cancelled, your order will be processed as normal and a confirmation email will be sent once it has been dispatched.

Incorrect or missing items

Rosie & Cooey will always to try and ensure that the items that you receive are exactly the items that you have ordered. However, sometimes errors can be made when fulfilling your order

If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original, unused condition, and with labels/tags intact and we will forward you the correct item as soon as possible. We will also refund the cost of returning the item to us.
