Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery Cost:
- FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £35 (2-5 business days)
- Standard Delivery- £3.95 (2-5 business days)
- Expedited - £5.95 (1-2 working days)
Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Orders received after 1pm will be processed the next working day.
- International Tracked - £10.50
- Rest of the world - £20.00
Deliveries outside the EU occasionally require additional duty fees, which you will need to pay for when you receive your items.
Delays in the country's customs department may occur and we are not responsible for delays and international deliveries could take up to 14 working days and longer in some circumstances depending on the country.
Import tax and other costs:
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to custom fees/duties/import tax and it will depend on your delivery country. All charges and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we are not responsible for all other taxes, surcharges, or currency exchange costs.
We hope that you will be very happy with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you are very welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. We will be very happy to exchange your item/s or give you a refund for the item/s, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags/labels intact.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear. Please note that swimwear must be tried on over underclothing. Also, please bear in mind that swimwear without the protective strip/tags cannot be accepted.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method as soon as goods are received into our warehouse, please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days (usually sooner) to appear in your bank account.
We offer free shipping for orders over £35 in the UK. However, if you have paid for shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to refund these costs, unless the item is deemed faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item from us.

UK RETURNS POLICY: UPDATES EFFECTIVE FROM 25TH NOVEMBER 2019.
UK RETURNS ARE FREE ON FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY
In order to return your items to us please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for a UK free returns label applicable to full priced items. Please return the items within 48 hour of receiving UK free returns postage label as these cannot be re-issued.
UK Returns labels are valid for 48 hours only, after expiry the customer will incur the cost of postage.
If you have simply changed your mind, we CANNOT refund your original postage costs.
UK Free returns labels DO NOT APPLY to SALE/CLEARANCE/OUTLET items.
For SALE/CLEARANCE/OUTLET items, a UK free returns label can only be provided if the item you received is deemed faulty or you were sent the wrong item by us.
RETURNS POLICY FOR SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS:
Sale items are not eligible for free returns
Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
FAULTY ITEMS AND INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS:
1. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible (depending on stock availability) or issue a refund once we have received and inspected the returned item.
2. If the faulty item or incorrectly received item being returned to us was originally part of a larger order (i.e. more than 2 items in the original order) in which you paid for shipping the original order, and if you are keeping the rest of the items in the order, we cannot refund the original shipping costs.
3. If the faulty item or incorrectly received item being returned to us was the only item in the original order and you paid for shipping the original order, we will refund the original shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY:
For international returns, the customer will pay for the cost of returning the items to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we receive the returned items and we highly recommend that you use an international signed for service and proof of postage.
Product Images and Descriptions
We have taken every care to describe the products and provide photos as accurately as possible. However, there might be cases where slight variations may occur.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order.
We may be able to cancel your order if the order has NOT been dispatched. Please contact us by telephone and advise us that you wish to cancel your order. Please note that once an order has been shipped it is no longer possible for us to cancel an order.
We are unable to combine orders, change the size, change the quantity, add items, edit your billing and shipping details to an existing order once it has been placed and processed. If your order cannot be cancelled, your order will be processed as normal and a confirmation email will be sent once it has been dispatched.
Incorrect or missing items
Rosie & Cooey will always to try and ensure that the items that you receive are exactly the items that you have ordered. However, sometimes errors can be made when fulfilling your order
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please return it to us in its original, unused condition, and with labels/tags intact and we will forward you the correct item as soon as possible. We will send you a free returns label to send the incorrect item back to us.
